Hiwi at Max Planck Institute of Animal Behavior (AG Ding, at Uni Konstanz)

The Genes and Behavior research group (AG Ding) at the Max Planck Institute of Animal Behavior (located at Uni Konstanz) is looking for long-term student assistant with media preparation and waste disposal tasks.

  • Duration: long-term position, 1 year as a minimum and even longer is desirable.
  • Working hours: We need roughly 6-8 hours in one day, every two weeks. We would like to provide training at the beginning, so the first month will be 6-8 hours every week. Ideally we should have you for the whole day when you come in, and that you come in roughly on the same day each week. However, it is also understandable that with lecture schedule etc. this may be difficult, so we are able to be a bit flexible as needed, task permitting.
  • Tasks: media preparation, waste disposal.
  • Location: Z building on Uni campus.
  • Starting date: as soon as possible.
  • Person specification: Consistency and attention to detail is essential for this role. Biology or chemistry students are preferred.
