Practical course on advanced imaging techniques for members of the Graduate School „Chemical Biology“

The Course "Bioimaging I" for members of the Graduate School "Chemical Biology" is a practical course on advanced imaging techniques: Confocal, Spinning Disk, TIRF, etc.

In this course you will learn how different fluorescence microscopy techniques can be applied to various biological samples, from single cells to C. elegans, to answer scientific questions. You will  practice techniques ranging from 3D-imaging, deconvolution to photomanipulation. The course takes place in the labs of the BIC.
