Fiber Tracking
Single Fiber
This method allows the semiautomatic tracking of the length of fluorescently labeled DNA fiber tracks in two channels.
Usage
Using the multi point tool define the start and end points of the labeled tracks. Starting the "Single fiber" plugin, the intensity based algorithm will track the fiber and record the respective track length in the results table.

Dual Fiber
This method allows the semiautomatic tracking of the length of fluorescently labeled DNA fiber tracks in two channels. In contrast, to the "Single fiber" plugin a second switch of labeling can be measured.
Usage
Using the multi point tool define the start, switch and end points of the labeled tracks. Starting the "Dual fiber" plugin, the intensity based algorithm will track the fiber and record the respective track length in the results table.
