Instrument Training for Flow Cytometry Analyzers

For independent operation of our flow cytometric analyzers all new users are asked to complete a basic hands-on training on the relevant instrument. The user will be familiarized with the components and functions of the respective instrument and learn how to operate the specific acquisition software. Once the user is ready to perform the first flow cytometry experiment,  a second session is planned in which the user will run his/her scientific experiment supervised by a FlowKon staff member.

After completing the training the user will be able to operate the analyzer independently from the facility staff and will receive full access to the instrument reservation scheduler. If a user wishes to run additional experiments with the facility staff's support, the user is free to book an “assisted” session in the PPMS booking software, thereby receiving further hands-on assistance.
