FlowJo Analysis Software

Data Analysis

The FlowKon facility offers free access to the data analysis software FlowJo® V10.4.1.

The licence-USB stick (Dongle) can be booked via PPMS for use at the personal computer. Assistance and training for data analysis is provided upon request.

A basic FlowJo tutorial can be downloaded here: FlowJo Basic Tutorial. This tutorial will quickly introduce you to FlowJo and basic steps for most simple data analysis.
