Projects cover biochemical, molecular, and microscopic approaches to understand cell adhesion receptors and the exploitation of these surface structures by pathogenic bacteria.
Experience in handling infectious organisms and working knowledge of molecular biological methods and/or advanced microscopy is an asset.
