Nanolive CX-A
Holotomographic microscope which allows you to quantitatively measure the refractive index in the samples. Cellular compartments can be easily distinguished due to differences in refractive index, without the need for labeling. The low light exposure minimizes phototoxicity and allows for long timelapse series. The microscope is equipped with a fluorescence unit to image fluorescent markers for crossreferencing of compartments or events. The CX-A upgrade added a motorized stage, to extend its capabilities to multipositional experiments and in a 96-well plate sample format (e.g. different plate formats or up to four 35 mm dishes).
