Zeiss AxioImager for polarization microscopy
Fully motorized multi purpose upright widefield microscope with high NA objectives for transmitted light (e.g. brightfield, polarization microscopy) and reflected light (e.g. brightfield & darkfield illumination, polarization & fluorescence microscopy). The system is equipped with a sensitive monochrome camera for fluorescence measurements, as well as a color camera for polarization microscopy or imaging of stained samples. In addition an imaging system by Abrio allows to quantify retardance and slow angle axis in birefringent samples.
