As a new Carl Zeiss endowed professor for systems toxicology at the University of Konstanz, Ivano Amelio is investigating the molecular mechanisms behind phenomena such as genetic susceptibility to toxicants. He and his research will further strengthen Konstanz's role as an international hotspot for toxicology.
