New Instrument. Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX LX
The CytoFLEX LX™ flow cytometer from Beckman Coulter is equipped with 5 lasers: - blue (488nm), yellow-green (561nm), red (638nm), violet (405nm) and near UV (375nm) to support cell analysis for research applications using up to 18 parameters. CytoFLEX offers the oportunity to collect side scatter signal from violet laser to better resolve nanoparticles from noise.The cytometer supports the measurement of absolute cell counts by calibrating sample volume via a peristaltic pump. For higher throughput samples can be processessed on a 96-well plate loader.
