HPC Workstation and Network Attached Storage
The Sequencing Analysis Facility has a local HPC workstation that is used for data analysis and pipeline development. It has 256 cores, 1TB of RAM and 72TB of local storage.
Data storage is further supplemented with a ~200TB NAS system (QNAP TS-H1277XU-RP-3700X-128G).
