I am broadly interested in plant conservation and invasion, especially the patterns and underlying processes and drivers from a large spatial and time-scale perspective. By using the toolboxes and concepts deriving from macroecology, biogeography, evolutionary ecology and community ecology, my topic as a PhD student is the relationship between threatened and naturalized plant species.
